Nestled into a wooded hillside on a private gated estate, the villa has spectacular South Westerly views of the Cote d’Azur.

The house is 500 metres from one of South of France’s prettiest beaches and for those too lazy to even leave the villa, there is a private pool, secluded amongst the trees.

The house has 4 stylish bedrooms, 3 big doubles and 1 small double or twin room. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and have fans and air conditioning for those hot summer nights. The 3 big doubles have beautiful sea views and balconies / terraces.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine and breakfast bar, and a BBQ outside on the terrace. The séjour, a sun room with curved glass doors that overlook the terrace and spectacular sea views beyond, has a dining table for up to 8 people. Behind the séjour is ‘the snug’, a cosy living area with two sofas, a TV (with Apple TV) and DVD player.

The terrace, which has stunning views over the bay, has an outdoor dining table that can seat 8 people and a slouchy sofa area, perfect for a G&T at sunset.

The pool area is directly beneath the terrace and gets full sun throughout the day. The pool is a good size at 9m x 5m and there’s also a pool house with a loo, basin and fridge to keep the drinks cool.

There is wifi throughout the villa.
